It’s a very nice and clean place! Me and the kids been living in a double for 10 yrs! Mold and termites are there! We are just looking for a better living environment!

Laundry machines in common area of our complex have been down for months. When RL Property took over last month, I didn't want to bombard them with multiple service requests right off the bat. Waited a couple weeks and the issue remained unnoticed. I officially reported the issue to them via the tenant website 3 weeks ago (as of this post). No additional feedback about when they will be fixed apart from a 3 week-old confirmation that the service request is "in progress". Will amend this rating if/when the laundry units are back in working order before the end of the month. Update: Washer has been repaired as of 5/3/23. Rating was changed to reflect that.

RLP Property Management is actually the best management company that we've had since we've been renting this property. And these owners of this house have went through to other property management Sunday did not do a good job. But everything that we put in for they work as fast as they can to get the work completed and get it okayed by the owner. And we appreciate it very much because we don't ask for much

Update below Been without electricity in most of my house for five days so far. To be fair the second day was Easter Sunday. Instead of giving me accurate expectations, I’ve been told to wait at the house 3 times as an electrician is coming ASAP. I’ll update what ends up happening. *Update* Thanks to Alexandra all of my issues have been addressed. I appreciate the quick response and clear communication.

The maintenance worker, Alex Shaw, did his job perfectly, and he was a respectable person, and he fixed what he asked to be repaired

David was timely and did a fantastic job not only with what was requested but fixed a few other issues. Above and beyond service.

Affordable and they accept section8 good location for housing never rent from them yet but I like the website set up and yes affordable

We rented our house for almost 4 years and RL was one of the corporations that took over half way through. I had nothing but positive experience with the management company. They were extremely responsive to all maintenance requests we had and made the move out process extremely easy. I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about the move out charges. We have two large dogs so we expect to never receive our deposit back. When we moved out we got 80% of our deposit back and the charges were extremely fair.

Once my application was approved I always received a timely response to any questions I had via email, and I had a lot. We love our place and are happy to be here. I am very grateful to the management team for getting us in so quickly and all of the kindness they showed. Tiffany is amazing.

The place I viewed is on 1st Ave. it had wonderful space, a great vibe, huge kitchen, huge living areas and a cute backyard. Excellent location for myself who works in the Short North. Also the text and email exchanges with the Mgmt group have been smooth and great.

Working with the RL Property Management team was one of the best decisions I ever made as a landlord. They managed my property from 2018-2022 and in those 4 years the team handled things with such professionalism and efficiency, I am eternally grateful. I interviewed several property management teams prior to selecting them and by far they were the most professional, qualified, and most affordable in the Columbus area. I originally tried to find my own tenants and manage myself but quickly found that I had selected a professional tenant who attempted to live at the property for free and created many types of problems for me. I went to RL during this time and they agreed to take on my property and tenant and their legal team worked rigorously alongside myself and together we were able to get her to vacate the property. Moving forward they found me responsible and well qualified tenants. I plan to use RL in the future for my property management needs and I would recommend them to any property owner seeking a caring and professional team for the management of their property! I lived at an RL property for two years in Grandview. Whenever we filed work orders they were always quick to respond. We received our deposit back and they were extremely fair on the costs. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Application & Showing process was very easy and we could tour it by ourselves! House was very well presented and I was overall pleased. I would definitely recommend someone else renting through this company.

It is hard to find a property management company that treats your invest as their investment, maintenance and repairs are always done in a timely manner. The way they communicated to their owners and tenants is professional and respectful. I would 100% recommend them to any landlord or investor in need of property management.
