When I stopped by the office, everyone was aware of who I was, they all shared excitement in the property I was renting (it's a cool spot!), and multiple people were quick to offer assistance when I arrived.

The serviceman was right on time. He was friendly and efficient. He explained that the garage disposal could not be fixed and he would install a new one. I was very pleased as he took no time fixing the problem.
