I've been working directly with Diana for about a month now on getting everything squared away for my renewal and she has made the process very simple and smooth for me.. answering every question along the way, researching things for me and working with me to get everything done in a timely manner. I’ve been renting from RL property management about 3 years now. I’ve never had any problems with management or getting help with maintenance issues. The maintenance men are really nice and answer any questions I may have. Well ... everyone is nice! And very professional. Any time I may have an issue they are right on it. I am very satisfied with my apartment and finally having my own washer and dryer in the basement instead of the laundry mat! I would and have recommended this company to friends for future reference.
